Refund and Returns Policy

At DGKS Lifesciences Private Limited, we value your trust and aim to provide you with safe, genuine, and high-quality pharmaceutical products. We take utmost care during procurement, packaging, and delivery. However, in rare circumstances, if something goes wrong, we are here to assist you.

1. Eligibility for Return & Refund

Returns and refunds are only allowed under the following conditions:

Damaged or Broken Product: If the item received is physically damaged, tampered with, or broken during transit.
Expired Product: If the product received is past its expiration date at the time of delivery.
Wrong Product Dispatched: If you received an item different from what was ordered.
Order Not Dispatched: If your order has not been dispatched and you wish to cancel, a full refund will be initiated.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the sensitive nature of pharmaceutical products, we do not accept returns for:

Opened, used, or partially consumed medicines
Products without original packaging or invoice
Medicines without valid prescription (where required)
Items requested for return beyond 3 days of delivery

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or refund request:

Contact us within 3 days of delivery
Provide your Order ID, photo of the product, and a brief description of the issue
Our support team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
If eligible, return pickup will be arranged (where serviceable), or we may request you to ship the item back

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and verified, the refund will be processed within 5-7 working days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery), refund will be made to your bank account upon confirmation

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled unless it meets return/refund eligibility
