We deliver across India, covering both metropolitan and non-metropolitan regions. However, the availability of delivery may vary based on local regulations and courier partner coverage.

2. Dispatch Timeline

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Remote Areas: Delivery may take up to 10 business days in some cases.
You will receive tracking details via SMS/email once your order is dispatched.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on orders above ₹999.
A nominal shipping fee of ₹50–₹100 may apply on smaller orders based on weight and delivery location.

5. Packaging

All products are packed with utmost care, using tamper-evident and protective packaging to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

6. Delivery Partner

We use reliable courier partners for safe and timely delivery. In some cases, local hand-delivery may be arranged for nearby areas.

7. Failed Delivery

If the delivery attempt fails due to:

Incorrect address
Unavailability of the recipient
Refusal to accept the order

We will contact you to reattempt delivery. If delivery fails repeatedly, the order may be cancelled, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
