Returns and refunds are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product is damaged, broken, expired, or not dispatched.
Products must be returned in their original, sealed packaging within 7 days of delivery.

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
